Merrill-Jennings Galleries in Davidson, NC, Features Group Exhibition

Merrill-Jennings Galleries in Davidson, NC, will present the exhibition, Land, Lake, and Sea, a show featuring the natural beauty of North Carolina. The exhibit will be on view from Oct. 8 through Nov. 6, 2004.

Featured artist, Paula Holtzclaw of Charlotte, NC, offers acrylics on canvas depicting the haunting marshland, fishing boats, and beaches of the Lowcountry. Gallery partner, Susan Jennings, introduces her new oils of Lake Norman as well as a series of paintings and drawings of Morrison Plantation in Mooresville, NC, before development.

Davidson's Virginia Quillen provides watercolors of endangered barns in our are and historic buildings, while Stateville, NC's Jodi John's Impressionist landscapes reflect the rugged farmland in Iredell County.
