Vadim Bora Gallery in Asheville, NC, Features Sculpture Exhibition

Vadim Bora Gallery in downtown Asheville, NC, presents a unique comprehensive exhibition devoted to small sculptural works created by 15 members of Mountain Sculptors, a group of professional internationally-known sculptors based in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. The exhibit will be on view Nov. 4 through Dec. 4, 2004 and features fine sculpture in glass, metal, stone, terra cotta and mixed media.

The exhibition features works by: Vadim Bora, Barron Brown, Bob Doyan, Len Fury, Fred and Kato Guggenheim, Chris Kramer, Paul Lundquist, Dan Milispaugh, John Richards, Ila Seltzer, Julia Stout, Naomi Stuecker, Martin Webster, and Robert Winkler.

The gallery is owned by painter and sculptor Vadim Bora, who is devoted to showcasing the works of prominent international artists as well as select professional regional and local artists.

Mountain Sculptors is an organization of sculptors from Western North Carolina committed to creating three-dimensional art. The group's activities enhance community awareness, understanding, and appreciation of contemporary sculpture, and advance members' technical, aesthetic, and professional development.
