Simply Irresistible Gallery in Tryon, NC, Features Works by Rose Tripoli Mueller

The clay sculptures of Rose Tripoli Mueller will be the featured work at Simply Irresistible Gallery in Tryon, NC, through Nov. 18, 2005.

Mueller's hand built sculptures speak of hope, courage, and love and have a sense of connecting to a higher power. Occasionally she teams up with husband, Will, who adds cabinetry and containers for some of the pieces.

Mueller graduated from the State University of New York Art School in 1976. In addition to working as a clay artist she also worked as a photographer, environmentalist and holistic health practitioner. In 1999, she turned her attention full time to her sculpture and started entering juried competitions.

Mueller has received awards for her exhibits at the Southern Women's Show, Charlotte, NC and America the Beautiful Foundation, NYC. She has also received awards from the Spartanburg County Museum of Art's Juried shows and the Artists' Guild's Juried Exhibitions.
