The public is provided with many quality art experiences including exhibitions and art education in the form of lectures, demonstrations and workshops. In addition to the annual exhibition, SCWS has organized major curated exhibitions including, South Carolina Collects Watercolors at the SC State Museum and Masters of the American Watercolor at the Columbia Museum of Art. For more than 25 years, the Annual Traveling Exhibition has been a popular touring exhibit, appearing in cities across the state and drawing more than 20,000 visitors last year alone.
