Artists League of the Sandhills in Aberdeen, NC, Offers Annual Art Exhibition & Sale

Artists League of the Sandhills in Aberdeen, NC, will present 19th Annual Art Exhibit & Sale, on view at The Exchange Street Gallery of Fine Art, from Nov. 8 through Dec. 19, 2013. The exhibit opens on Friday, Nov. 8, with a wine and cheese reception from 6-8pm, and continues Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10am-4pm and Sunday, Nov. 10 from 11am-3pm.

This year, the “People’s Choice” winner from the 2012 show, Betty DiBartelomeo, has donated her original 18” x 24” framed oil painting, “Yellow Roses”, for the raffle being held on Sunday, Nov. 10. Tickets are $1.00 and can be purchased at the League.

The Artists League of the Sandhills is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1994 to promote interest in the visual arts by providing art education and a friendly environment in which to work, exhibit and sell members’ artworks. Our gallery, The Exchange Street Gallery of Fine Art, is located in historic downtown Aberdeen on Exchange Street in the old Aberdeen Rockfish Railroad storage terminal.
