Spencer Art Gallery in Charleston, SC, Features Works by Bruce Chandler

The Spencer Art Gallery in Charleston, SC, is presenting a special exhibit of new works by guest artist Bruce Chandler. The exhibit will be on view Dec. 6 - Jan. 31, 2003.

"Bruce Chandler is a very successful professional artist." says Cathy Brandt-Spencer, gallery co-owner. "In addition to the strong patronage for her paintings, Bruce is very active sharing her talent, knowledge, and experience teaching other artists. She uses a wide variety of media, styles, and techniques in her work."

Chandler's art education was acquired at the Maryland School of Art and Design and also includes numerous workshops conducted by nationally known artists in many locations, including an Intensive Studies Seminar in Taos, New Mexico. In addition to many awards and honors, Chandler is a signature member of the SC Watercolor Society and a signature member at the International Society of Experimental Artists.
