Artists Guild Gallery of Greenville in Greenville, SC, Offers Jewelry Show

The Artists Guild Gallery of Greenville in Greenville, SC, will present its annual Jewelry Show, on view from Dec. 1-31, 2011. A reception will be held on Dec. 2, from 6-9pm.

Just in time for Christmas, six local jewelers including: Gerda Bowman, Suzanne Grant, Jennifer Henderson, Kendra Jones, Eileen Piccoli, and Patricia Stalb, are making exquisite pieces of handcrafted jewelry from beaded work to hand-blown glass pieces, silversmithing to beautiful gems and wire-wrapped minerals. What perfect gifts for loved ones or yourself could you find? Come and see these fashionable and unique pieces of wearable art here at the Artists Guild Gallery through the whole month of December.

Charlie Slate will also be joining them this year with her collection of Shibori scarves, as will members of the Greenville Woodworkers Guild - Rory Curtis, George Johnson, and Steve Weaver. What a great opportunity to find unique gifts for Christmas this year!

Come join us to celebrate the Holidays and you may find a special gift for that special someone. You will have a variety of choices from our guest’s jewelry and our AGGG member’s artwork.

The Artists Guild Gallery of Greenville is about cultivating an art culture that is resilient, vibrant, and good-humored so that together we can grow each other’s businesses with grace.

The Artists Guild Gallery of Greenville is also showing the 2011 Small Works Show, juried by Carl Blair. The exhibit is on view through Dec. 31, 2011, and awards of more than $2,000 were presented.
