Richard James Galleries in Charleston, SC, Offers Works by Ron Herron

Richard James Galleries in Charleston, SC, will present bronze sculptures by Ron Herron, internationally renowned wildlife artist during the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition held from Feb. 15-17, 2008.

Herron was born and raised in Montana. His professional career as an artist spans 40 years with works depicting the movement and feeling of life as represented in North American and African themes. Herron's bronze sculptures are produced in very limited editions, or as one of kind originals, ranging in size from table top to larger than life sized works.

Herron's current works are stunning utilitarian pieces including, but not limited to, portable and permanent wet bars, conference tables, executive office chairs, dining tables, coffee and end tables, floor lamps, tables lamps, and self-contained water fountains. He attends numerous national and international shows each year. Herron has won "Best of Show" awards and has been featured in many publications including Sporting Classics, Safari Times, New York Times, and Chicago Times.

Herron will be in Charleston for the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, Feb. 15-17, appearing at the Richard James Galleries where artwork in a variety of mediums, including sculpture and glass, from local, national and international artists is featured.
