Morning Song Gallery in Lenoir, NC, Features an Art Exhibit entitled Faces

The Morning Song Gallery in Lenoir, NC, presents an exhibit entitled, Faces, which will be on view from Mar 10 through Apr. 30, 2000.

Faces is a group of works depicting faces through a variety of art techniques and media. Denise Falk, chair of the painting department at The Savannah College of Art and Design will be exhibiting her mixed media pieces. Nancy Reining, a metals/jewelry artist from Weaverville, NC, will be expressing the face through her wearable sculptures. Tennessee printmaker, John Steele will be exhibiting his faces of Impressionist painter, Berthe Morisot. Appalachian State University art professor, Kathleen Campbell will be exhibiting her hand-painted photographs of angels. Fibers artist and instructor, Margaret Gregg will be exhibiting a range of faces by use of fabrics and stitching. Appalachian State University instructor and artist, Margaret Carter Martine will be exhibiting a range of three-dimensional paintings.
