Gallery of Art in Asheville, NC, Features Works by Sara Le Van
Asheville Gallery of Art in Asheville, NC, will present the exhibit, Window Images, featuring works by Black Mountain, NC, artist, Sara Le Van, on view from Mar. 5 -31, 2006.
A Louisiana native and fine arts graduate of Southern Methodist University, Le Van has painted in NC for the past 15 years. Her expressionist watercolors emphasize line-making, strong composition, and a careful choice of colors. Her favorite motifs are landscapes, flowers in their natural surroundings, and character studies of people.
