Water Lily Gallery in Summerton, SC, Features Works by Sue Czerwinski

The Water Lily Gallery in Summerton, SC, will present the exhibit, The Source of Light: Sunrise to Sunset, featuring oil and watercolor paintings by Sue "SuCze" Czerwinski, on view from Mar. 6 - 31, 2010. The exhibition is being sponsored by the Lake Marion Artists Guild.

Czerwinski is originally from Wisconsin and comes to South Carolina after spending most of her career in law enforcement with the federal government in Washington, DC.  She retired in 2004 and moved to Manning, SC, with her husband Tom Czerwinski, a retired Professor from the Department of Defense.  They have two children, Wanda (Ray) Parrish in Fredericksburg, VA, Stefan (Michele) Czerwinski in Charlotte, NC, and one granddaughter Miranda Sue Parrish.

Czerwinski began her pursuit of art in high school and continued it casually throughout her career, supplementing it with various formal training courses and workshops. She believes she inherited her love of art from her father, Allen Becker, who had a natural talent for pencil drawings.
