Odyssey Gallery in Asheville, NC, Features Group Exhibition

The Odyssey Gallery in Asheville, NC, will present the exhibition, Fusion: Photo + Clay, from Apr. 1 through May 16, 2003.

A combination of photographic elements and digital technology in clay is the focus of this new exhibit, featuring the work of ten renowned ceramic artists from around the world. Using a variety of techniques, including lithography, decals, silkscreen, printing, and digital imaging, these artists use the medium of ceramics in unexpected, unique ways. Abstract, representative and narrative sculpture will be featured.

Participating artists include: Mark Burleson (Asheville), Israel Davis (Iowa City, IA), Paul Frehe (Asheville), Yoonchung Kim (Escondido, CA), Les Lawrence (El Cajon, CA), Mimi Logothetis (Cedar Grove, NC), Warren Mather (Weston, MA), Scott Rench (Chicago, IL), Paul Scott (Wigton, England) and Nancy Selvin (Berkeley, CA).
