The Art Institute of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, Features Works by Diane Foust

Abstract Vision, an exhibit by Diane Foust, a recent fellow at the McColl Center for Visual Art, will be on display at The Art Institute of Charlotte Gallery in Charlotte, NC, from May 5 through June 30, 2004.

A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Foust won an Emerging Artist Grant from the Arts & Science Council. She has been exhibiting her work for more than 10 years throughout the United States, and her mixed media paintings are included in numerous private and corporate collections. Foust's work continues to gain recognition, and it was included in a juried exhibition at the Mint Museum of Art.

The Art Institute of Charlotte offers associate's degree and certificate programs in Interior Design, Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia & Web Design, and Culinary Arts. The school is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools and is licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges and the University of NC Board of Governors.
