South Carolina Watercolor Society 2001 Exhibition Results

The South Carolina Watercolor Society's 24th Annual Awards Exhibition is on display at the Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head Island, SC, through June 24. Barbara Lothrop, SCWS President, stated in her President's Message, "The Lowcountry of South Carolina is not only famous for the beauty of its environment but also its abundantly rich cultural life. Hundreds of artists from Beaufort to Sun City to Bluffton to Hilton Head Island call the Lowcounty home and watercolor artists are strongly represented. The talent of these individuals is what makes the South Carolina Watercolor Society's juried exhibition very special. Members of the Board and the local planning committees, to each of you, my sincere thanks for what you have done to make this a memorable year in the rich 24-year history of the society."
