Aiken Artist Guild in Aiken, SC, Features Works by Lloyd Flemming
The Aiken Artist Guild in Aiken, SC, will present an exhibit of photographic works by Lloyd Flemming, on view in the AAG Gallery, located at the Aiken Center for the Arts, from July 1 - 31, 2011.
Originally from Wyoming, Flemming has traveled world-wide. While living in Taiwan he painted in acrylics.
“To this day I believe my photographic endeavors are influenced by the Chinese artists I met in Taiwan. The Chinese taught me that simplicity and the sublime are more important than the complex and vulgar,” says Flemming.
Today, the artist works only in the photographic arts.
