Carolina Arts spends its last week each month putting the paper together, so we send out invoices and statements between the 20th to the end of the month prior to the month of publication, usually around the 24th (except November and December due to the holidays - they will come out before the 24th). All bills are due upon receipt.
All first-time advertisers are asked to pay the first month of advertising up front, and if approved will then be set up with an account and billed out as described above. Payment can be made by check made payable to Shoestring Publishing, or Carolina Arts, or can be paid online by using our PayPal account using your PayPal account, credit or debit card, or a check. Ad sizes and quantities are listed below, just choose "add to cart" for the appropriate amounts. You can pay more than one month at a time, or can pay for two or more different sized ads, if you place more than one size each month. If you have any questions, please call. Thanks!
